Actually, this page isn't as full of Chibis as the other one.
I wasn't even gonna post it except [Bad username: shiney_glor_chan] made the exact joke I'd doodled with Jason and Bucky (more or less) plus there's a pall point pen portrait of Bucky I did on the upper left corner that I'm fairly proud of.

So, to compliment this mornings post of Chibi crack, some more chibi crack, plus some stuff.

Epic fanfic fail!
This is an opening to an abandoned attempt at Bucky/Nightwing.
It ended up being jsut them talking and no . . anything else. Which I'm sure would make the OP sad given it was a Kink_Meme prompt (I mean unless I saw ohh look, long confessions and philosophy is their foreplay!)

Feel free to rake me over coals if I killed Nightwing in this. This is my first attempt writing him, and uhhh mostly I read Pre-Crisis DCU long long ago as a child
. . . So yeah, floundering in the deep end a bit here, feedback will only make try two better ^^

Confession - Nightwing&Post!Winter Soldier James, G - drabble

"Damn it, damn it all to hell!" Nightwing's partner swore. Nightwing watched the man he only knew as James, lean against the far wall a moment eyes closed and fists clenched, then he turned at kicked the wall, hard enough to make a light fixture shaking thud, but not so hard that his combat boots went through the cheap wall of the motel room.

Dick sat down on the bed warily. This was the fifth display if uncontrolled anger and he became less sure of this partnership the more it happened.

"They'll be back in a week." Dick said. He shifted on the bed and heard a mattress spring pop.

"We just have to wait for a better opportunity."

"And meanwhile Kronas makes another several million off human trafficking."

"We tracked the truck. The local police well pick the girls up alive, which is more than they'd be if we'd tried to bust the transfer then." Dick rubbed his neck. "Plus the Kronas contact wasn't there." He looked up and met his partner's brown eyes. "So whatever personal vendetta you were hoping to satisfy, James, you'd not have gotten."

He watched James's eyes widen every so slightly. "Damn it," Dick thought. He had hoped he'd been wrong about this being personal for James, but the facial twitch, as small as it had been, had spoken volumes.

"What did they do to you?"

James snorted. "This isn't the vendetta. This is trying to correct a past I can't undo.
Personal . . . personal comes later."

I took a small sketch book with me to comic con (5X 7-ish, smaller = lighter in my bag) because I knew I'd want to sketch while waiting in lines and such.

This is actually the doodle that prompted me to go forward with the sketchbook idea, at least for Harry Potter. I wasn't sure I'd have enough HP fanart in me, but I kinda have exploded with it the last three days.

I've been doing some HP character sketches in ball point pen at work, most of them are nothing I want to show off, really, but this one came out pretty cute.

1. I sleep with the blankets over my head. Even when I sleep with my husbans. It keeps the monsters away. Really.

2. My mother and I went to see K19: The Widowmaker at the theaters so we could appreciate the hotness of Harrison Ford together.

3. The first fanart I ever drew was for the comic book Usagi Yojimbo. I wish desperately I could find this. :(

4. I'm left handed

5. I've taken seven years of Spanish and three semesters of Japanese. I can still read Spanish pretty well but I've forgotten nearly all of the Japanese. I took Spanish to be practical, and took Japanese for my Grandfather, who'd tried his whole life to teach me. He died midway through my first semester. Translating a Japanese sentence for him was the last thing I did with him while he was fully concious.

6. I used to go with my other Grandfather to Star Trek conventions ALL the time. He has passed his entire Star Trek plate collection onto me. I love them, but secretly, I'm not 100% sure what to do with them all.

7. My Half-Brithday is on Groundhog's Day, and I've always thought that was cool.

8. I had a Pet Rock in third grade that was actually a moonrock I'd bought the year before at NASA. He lived in the bottom of a milk carton I'd cut out and decorated, and his name was Lunartick. I broke him in 5th grade.

A pair of sketches inspired by kijikun and pandanoai's fanfic Storybook. In the fic, Tony and James/Winter Soldier/Buckky/pick a name are going through a storybook type land looking for Steve.

They both get cursed (of course), so Tony now has a clockwork heart he can't wind himself, and Bucky is getting younger mentally as well as physically.

Eventually Bucky can't carry Steve's shield, so Tony has to.
When I read that, I figured that can't have been easy to get him to agree with, so I did these sketches.

Recently there was a hate memee created for the cap_ironamn ccommunity. As far as I could tell it was primarily done because someone is jealous that two fics they hate are popular and was hoping that secretly most of fandom hated them too.

Not so much.
For me personally the funniest comment was after it had been hijacked into a love meme and someone had posted what they liked about various people the anon (who I assume to be the OP) commented "I think you are missing the point of the hate meme" (I paraphrase)
No no anon, you are missing the poin t of OUR missing the point of the hate meme. =P

Anyway, it inspired this little comic.

Notes I sketched this at work, it amused me and I think it's not too mean spirited or anything. I was just thinking about what I did hate in fandom, not much because HATE is a strong word, but I hate the Red Skull. Thus, this comic.

I had a rather long, annoyed rant about the recent Troll in the cap_ironman fandom, but honestly . . . meh. As far as I can tell its one maybe two people with petty axes to grind, the main one being someone who hates that two fics they don't like get attention and fanart. Oh wha wha.
The fandom actually pulled together and turned it into a pretty funy/positive little meme, so we defeated the spirit of the troll. yay.
So I don't feel the need to rant,

I really enjoy just working with a sharpie. The line variation kinda sucks, but it's very interesting to have no ability to erase and just build something up.
